Guidance on Abstract Submission
Both Poster and Oral Abstracts should be submitted by 16th May 2025, 23:59 GMT.

Please use this example abstract. The key aspects to include are:
- In the header at the top right delete the word Oral or Poster as appropriate - this is highlighted in red on the template but needs to be changed back to black on submission.
- The font throughout the whole abstract should be Times New Roman.
- The title should be centred, bold and 14pt.
- The authors should be given in full with first name, initials and surname appearing in sequence (e.g. Manuel M. Müller). They should be centred, unboldened and in 12pt. Please use italicised superscripted letters (a, b, c, etc.,) to denote people from different institutes. The presenting author should be underlined and the corresponding author should have an asterisk after their name.
- Institution addresses should also be 12pt and appear in italics. If appropriate the address should be preceded by the appropriate letter attributed to that author.
- The corresponding author's email address should be provided in 12pt and also centered.
- The abstract text should be justified. References should appear after punctuation as sequential numbers in square brackets and superscripted.
- The graphic (optional but advised) should appear after the main abstract text and have a figure caption associated with it .
- References should be given at the end with the title 'References' left aligned and in bold. The references themselves should be in 10pt. Please use the formatting show in the example.
