Programme Details
The conference will start at 13:30 on Monday the 1st September and finish at 18:00 on Wednesday the 3rd September.

General details: The Great Hall on the Strand Campus within King's College London will open early each day of the conference for delegate check-in (12:00 onwards on the 1st September and 9:00 onwards on the 2nd and 3rd September) and rooms K.16 and K.20 (near to the Great Hall) will also open at the same time to display posters.
Poster judging: Poster judging for prizes (three prizes are available: 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place) will take place exclusively during the lunch sessions on the 2nd and 3rd September held rooms K.16 and K.20. Poster presenters should plan to be at their poster during their allocated time slot to interact with the judges. Poster displays at all other times will not be judged.
Refreshments: Refreshments will be provided throughout all days of the conference and will either placed in the Entrance Hall or rooms K.16 and K.20 which will also host the posters.
Conference banquet: The conference banquet will take place at Bush House (8th Floor South Terrace with views of the River Thames and Westminster) on Tuesday the 2nd September directly after the final plenary lecture. Dinner is confirmed at 18:00 until 22:00 for 120 participants. These will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Accessibility: If you have any accessibility needs or special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, you can also contact both the venues and they will be more than happy to help.
