Registration and Early-Career Researcher Bursary Guidance

Those interested in attending the 2025 International Symposium on Foldamers should register HERE using the King's College London eStore form before the registration deadline. When registering for this event, please be mindful to select the appropriate delegate registration option as there are different pricing tiers available.

Pricing Tiers:
  • Academia  – £350.00
  • Student  – £150.00
  • Industry  – £500.00
  • UK-based Early-Career researcher – £0.00 - if successful with bursary.

UK-based Early-Career Researcher Bursary Applicants: To be eligible for the UK-based early-career researcher bursary you must either be a PhD student, a postdoctoral research associate, a research fellow (on a fellowship of up to three years) or an academic who has been appointed within the last three years (earliest appointment at 30th April 2022)  at a UK institute. We will prioritise those individuals with no existing means of funding to attend the conference. If you meet the eligibility criteria please send a copy of your CV (maximum 3 pages, Times New Roman font in 12pt) detailing your career stage, along with a short summary (minimum 150 words, maximum 350 words) explaining why you financially require the bursary and how you will benefit from the award to [email protected] by the appropriate date and time.
Do not register for the conference until you have received the outcome of your bursary application. Though we intend to notify all applicants regarding the outcome of their bursary application, if you have not received a notification by the end of the 23rd May 2025, 23:59 GMT, please assume that your application was not successful and proceed to register for the conference as normal. Those selected for bursaries will receive a unique password in their award email to access the registration link which will waiver their conference registration fee, provide travel assistance and cover accommodation. We thank the EPSRC for the award of a Network Grant (APP7951) as it has facilitated the early-career bursary.
